Where do you operate parties?


Our entertainers travel across East Anglia, London and the South East including Cambridge, Harlow, Peterborough, Weybridge, Guildford, Catford, Reading and South East London.


We may be able to accommodate parties in other areas. Please contact us for more information.

What do I have to do for the party?


You will need to book the venue (see below) and organise refreshments and decorations (if you are not getting us to do extras).


We will take care of all the entertainment during the party, keeping the children busy and leaving you free to enjoy the party yourself. We will provide all the equipment, prizes and music for the party, all your entertainer needs is a plug socket. Your entertainer will arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up, so please ensure you factor this into your venue booking.

We can conduct parties in a variety of venues, from large spaces (village or church halls and community and sports centres) to small ones (living room or playroom). If you have any questions regarding the appropriateness of a venue for a party, please contact us.



There will be a mix of children (ages/genders) at the party, is this a problem?


Not at all. We are experieced in including all children in the party activities.



Do you provide entertainers for other events (eg. corporate, weddings etc.)?


Yes. We have experience of entertaining at all sorts of events, including corporate parties, summer BBQs, weddings and fayres. We are more than happy to work with you to create entertainment for any occasion.



How does the booking process work?


Booking your party is easy. Contact us by email or phone to arrange your party and make payment.


We require a deposit in advance to secure your booking and hold your party date and time. The remainder of the balance is to be paid in cash on the day. Once your booking is complete you will receive a confirmation email and party invitations.


Your entertainer will contact you in the week leading up to the party (by Wednesday for weekend parties) to discuss the party in further detail and answer and questions you may have about the party.

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel or alter your booking. Should you need to cancel your party once you have paid the deposit, we require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice to provide a full refund minus a 25% administration fee plus any additional charges incurred by Emerald Kids' Parties for your party. Where possible, we will offer alternative future dates should you wish to re-schedule the party.
